Not at the moment. Deliveries inside the Kathmandu Valley take about 2–3 days. Outside the valley, it's usually 6–7 days.

We don’t offer returns or refunds — but we do offer exchanges. Here’s how it works:

• Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• A valid bill dated within that window is required.
• The first exchange is free. Additional exchanges may include a delivery charge.
• If your desired size or item is out of stock, you can pick something else.
• If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference.
• If it costs less, there’s no refund for the balance.
• All items must be unused and in original condition with tags intact.
